All orders are processed and fulfilled by our production partner Printful. Because all items are made to order, production and delivery times may vary.
1. Production Time
Each product is printed specifically for you. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
2. Shipping Time & Costs
Average shipping time depends on your location:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
3. Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Block Supply is not responsible for delays due to customs.
4. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not liable for lost packages. Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form to update your details.
