Block Supply – Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Block Supply.
We want you to love your purchase — but please note that all our products are made on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful, which means each item is created especially for you. Because of this, we cannot offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preferences.


1. Made-to-Order Products

All items sold by Block Supply are printed and produced individually once an order is placed.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a production issue or the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please review all size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery using our contact form.
When submitting your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
In these cases, all shipping costs are covered by us.


3. Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided and the package cannot be delivered, we cannot offer a refund.
In some cases, we may be able to resend your order to the correct address at your expense.


4. Return Address

Do not send returns to our business address.
All authorized returns must be sent directly to the Printful fulfillment center.
We will provide you with the correct return address once your return request is approved.
Unauthorized returns sent without prior notice cannot be processed.


5. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, customers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
This right does not apply to custom-made or on-demand products, including all items sold by Block Supply.
However, you are always entitled to receive a correct, non-defective product.
